Hey, why not? I'm out to find more KH fans like myself~

Age: 21
How you got into the Kingdom Hearts games: I saw the ads on TV before KH1 came out and I got all sparkly eyed over the pretty graphics and "Simple and Clean." I knew I had to have it.
Fave female char: Probably Namine. I've never found any of the females to be all that compelling, but Namine's story is great! Love her. Aqua would be second but I feel like she's really bland, but that might be the fault of her English voice (I wish she had a better VA). Kairi and Xion do not even pop up on my radar.
Fave male char: Who isn't? Xigbar/Braig, Axel/Lea, Saix/Isa, Xemnas, YMX, Riku, Terra, Eraqus, Luxord, Demyx...
Fave all time char: This is hard! I guess I'd have to say Xigbar and Axel? Axel was the first character that I was really INTO with this series and Xigbar is just legendary.

Bonus info: Favorite games are KH1 and BBS, favorite song is The Other Promise and I have some pretty unpopular opinions when it comes to the characters I dislike.

Simple and Clean is SO GOOD UGH.

It's been a LONG time since I played KH, but it still holds that super special place in my heart. I've started on the new 3DS one, Dream Drop Distance, but haven't made too much headway so far. The pokemon thing kinda threw me (in a good-ish way) but...IDK, it's just not as magical as the first couple games. Have you played it yet?

KH1 is def. the best, hands down.

Funny story about Dream Drop Distance... I was playing it last year and got to uhh... The Land of Musketeers I think. Anyway, I let my boyfriend play while I was in with a doctor -- long story short, he accidentally saved over my file and I just haven't had the desire to go back and play it all through again. I made up for it by watching all the cutscenes though... DD: I thought it was cool though, I liked the Dream Eaters a lot! But like everyone else the Drop system got irritating.

KH1<3 I recently finished a playthrough where I 100%'d for the first time in my life. Only on normal though because I'm mega casual, but when I get 1.5 I'm gonna go for 100% on hard (or whatever difficultly level it's called in 1, I forget). The final boss rush of KH1 is BANANAS.

Oh noes!! That is basically one of my top 3 fears (and is why I don't share my Pokemon lightly). Would it be worth watching the cutscenes/making it all the way through? It's fun and all, but is the time-investment to story worth it??

Something about KH1, it was pure magic (though I haven't gotten to 100% status cause lazy, but still, lots of pick up and play for a couple hours on that one). What's the differences between KH1 and 1.5? Is it just graphic or is there more stuff?

For me it's worth it since I'm so invested in the story XD But yeah, if that ever happened with pokemon.... ;_;

It really was pure magic :D and 1.5 is actually KH1 Final Mix (and of course there's re:COM and Days in the form of HD remastered cutscenes *swoon*) and yeah the graphics are updated to look a little better, nothing AMAZING, and they changed the camera style and reaction commands to how it's done in KH2 -- which upsets me to no end. I've seen gifs of new cutscenes, but since they're just gifs I can't say how important these scenes are, but I'm pretty sure Nomura said there would be some retcons in there somewhere.

Have you seen the new Pokemon X/Y stuff lately? DIAGONAL MOVEMENT AND CUSTOMIZABLE CHARACTERS, OH MY!

Hmmmmm gotta love the HD graphics /nods/ I don't remember being too frustrated with the camera, so odd change maybe? When is it slated to be released?

OMG I just saw it yesterday, the diagonal movement practically had me screaming in excitement! I'M EXCITED FOR GOGOAT TOO :D

Yeah I found it to be an odd change too, I really liked the camera in 1 more than 2 but *shrug* it's slated for a Fall 2013 stateside release, and I think my pre-order says September 10th for the release but I'm not sure if that date is for sure set in stone o_o
